We are looking for a passionateand energetic fresher to join our Volunteer ServiceTeam at Team Everest. As a fresher you will have theopportunity to coordinate and manage volunteering programs bothonsite and virtual while making a positive impact in communitiesand educational institutions. This role offers a handson experiencein managing volunteer activities building partnerships andexecuting projects.
- Coordinateand Execute Volunteering Programs: Organize and run bothinperson and virtual volunteering activities in yourcity.
- VolunteerManagement: Engage with volunteers mobilize and managethem effectively for variousprograms.
- BeneficiaryVisits: Visit schools colleges and communities toidentify and shortlist beneficiaries for theprograms.
- PartnershipDevelopment: Identify build and maintain partnershipswith local organizations corporates andvendors.
- VendorCoordination and Material Procurement: Engage withvendors and manage the procurement of materials asneeded.
- Data Tracking andReporting: Monitor program progress track data andprepare reports to share withstakeholders.
- ProjectManagement: Take responsibility for overall projectmanagement in your city ensuring smooth operations and successfulprogram execution.
- DailyOperations: Manage daily activities and tasks associatedwith volunteer programs andevents.
- Creative ProblemSolving: Identify challenges and develop innovativesolutions to enhance the effectiveness ofprograms.
RequirementsCommunicationSkills: Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish and the locallanguage of the city you are applyingfor.
InterpersonalSkills: Ability to interact and communicate effectivelywith volunteers beneficiaries vendors and otherstakeholders.
OrganizationalSkills: Excellent planning and organizational abilitieswith the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously.
Adaptability:Flexibility to adapt to changing guidelines and programrequirements.
ComputerSkills: Good knowledge of MS Officeand general computerskills.
DrivingSkills: Possession of a twowheeler and driving skills aredesirable for localtravel.
WorkEthic: A strong work ethic with a passion for learningand working independently or as part of ateam.
Willingness toTravel: Ready to travel locally within the city andoccasionally intercity whenrequired.

You should have excellent English communication and writing skills.Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simpleway. A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed. Anydegree is accepted, but what matters most is your willingness tolearn and help solve problems. Positive attitude and ability towork well with others in a team. Support during weekends andholidays to solve queries on time.
