We work with governments, transit agencies, multinationals, and innovators across the globe to deliver industry-leading conferences, publications, and insights.We are seeking a dynamicMarketing Associateto join our team and drive growth for our international conferences portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve delegate and sponsorship sales targets for international conferences.Design and execute targetedemail and social media campaignsto promote events.Generate freshmarketing ideasto expand reach, improve engagement, and boost registrations.Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates, partners, and sponsors across global markets.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results.Support the development of marketing collateral, website content, and newsletters.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in marketing, conference production, or B2B sales (international exposure preferred).Strong understanding ofdigital marketing tools(LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.Interest in infrastructure, transport, or clean mobility sectors is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work oninternational projectswith stakeholders globally.Exposure toglobal trends in urban mobility and clean transport .A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with scope to learn and grow.Competitive compensation with performance incentives.
