B2C Sales Manager -Candidate should have minimum 2 Yr experience in B2B Sales from Hospitality sector or Tour and Travel Industry.Location - BangaloreSalary Upto 6 LPA Max

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in B2C sales, preferably in the consultancy or service industryStrong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood understanding of market research and sales forecastingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLeadership qualities with a focus on driving resultsProficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targetsManage the entire sales process from lead generation to closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessIdentify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clientsStay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence to identify competitive advantagesPrepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer serviceTrain and mentor sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance
