Job Title: Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Trainer

Employment Type: Full-Time (1 Year Contract Mandatory)

Job Description:

Learn On-Line Tutoring, the leading online tutoring center, is seeking an Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in developing strong problem-solving, quantitative, and logical reasoning skills. The role requires a sound understanding of mathematics with a passion for teaching and motivating learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall teaching quality.
  • Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support or have special needs.
  • Develop lesson plans and study materials for effective teaching methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, logical approaches, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods according to different learning styles of students.
  • Graduate degree (BCA/BBA/BMS) from a recognized university.

  • 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics, quantitative subjects, or logical reasoning.

  • Kannada and English mandatory

Employment Terms:

  • Contract Duration: 1 year (mandatory).

  • Compensation:

  • Training Period (2 months): 15,000 per month

  • Post Training: 25,000 per month

  • Work Location: Nagarbhavi , Bengaluru
