We are hiring an Enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Aptitude Trainer** to teach and mentor students in **Numerical and Verbal Ability**, with strong coverage of **Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning**. This role is ideal for educators passionate about preparing learners for **competitive exams**, **campus recruitment**, and **career readiness assessments**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **live online classes and recorded video lessons** for the following key areas**:Numerical Ability (Quantitative Aptitude)**:

- Number Systems, Percentages, Ratio & Proportion, Averages, Time-Speed-Distance, Time & Work, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, and Arithmetic Word Problems.
- **Data Interpretation**:

- Bar Graphs, Pie Charts, Line Graphs, Caselets, Data Tables, and Mixed Graphs.
- Emphasis on accuracy, speed, and shortcut methods.
- **Verbal Ability**:

- Grammar, Vocabulary, Synonyms & Antonyms, Reading Comprehension, Sentence Completion, Para Jumbles, Sentence Correction, and Error Spotting.
- **Reasoning Ability**:

- **Logical Reasoning**: Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Syllogisms, Statement-Conclusion, Input-Output.
- **Verbal Reasoning**: Analogies, Critical Reasoning, Assumptions, Arguments, Cause & Effect.
- **Non-Verbal Reasoning**: Series, Patterns, Mirror & Water Images, Embedded Figures, and Classification.
- Create and deliver structured content**:presentations, quizzes, practice exercises, mock tests**, and assignments.
- Provide **performance feedback**, conduct **doubt-clearing sessions**, and offer **personalized mentoring** to students.
- Stay updated with **latest exam trends** and update the curriculum accordingly for exams such as:

- SSC, Bank PO/Clerk, RRB, CAT, GMAT, Campus Placement Aptitude Tests, and Government Exams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, English, Engineering, Education, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of **aptitude concepts across Quant, Verbal, and Reasoning**.
- Strong **problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills**.
- Prior teaching experience (online or offline) in aptitude training or test preparation.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in training students for **competitive exams or campus placements**.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a **simple, student-friendly manner**.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for creating content (PPT, PDFs, whiteboard tools, etc.).
- Previous experience working in **EdTech** or similar online learning environments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
