We are seeking a proactive anddetailoriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our teamspecializing in lateral hiring. The primary responsibility of thisrole is to identify and attract experienced professionals to fillkey positions within the company. The Talent Acquisition Associatewill be responsible for screening resumes conducting initialtelephonic interviews coordinating with hiring managers managingjob postings and facilitating the overall recruitment process forlateralpositions.
Responsibilities:
  • Screenresumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates forlateral positions within thecompany.
  • Conductinitial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability andinterest.
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand specific job requirements andcandidatepreferences.
  • Managejob postings on various platforms including but not limited toNaukri Internshala Indeed LinkedInetc.
  • Coordinateand schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersensuring a smoothprocess.
  • Communicateeffectively with candidates throughout the recruitment processproviding updates and gatheringfeedback.
  • Assistin the negotiation and offer process including extending offers andmanaging candidateexpectations.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate recruitment records anddocumentation.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management Business Administration orrelatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in talent acquisition particularly in lateral hiring orrecruitment.
  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Excellentorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks andmanage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Proficiencyin using recruitment tools andplatforms.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively within a teamenvironment.
  • Attentionto detail and a commitment to delivering highqualityresults.
  • Familiaritywith Google Suite and other relevant softwareapplications.

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
