Key Responsibilities:
- Create state sales plans and scale business in alignment with business objectives- Support the state with day-to-day operation- Evaluate Brand and individual performances- Report on sales results, progress- Forecast quarterly and annual growth plans- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople- Prepare, monitor and review the annual operating plan for the area of responsibility- Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase partner satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in relevant field- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)- Proven work experience as a State Sales Manager or similar senior sales role- Understanding of state operations- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team- Excellent communication skills- Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude- Availability to travel as needed- Graduate, PG in Business Administration or relevant field will be advantage- Familiarity with sales analytical tools
