Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our New Delhi team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with reservations management, providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and converting bookings. Your role will also involve training new staff, ensuring high communication standards, and collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include managing guest reservations, addressing requests, and coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing reservations and ensuring timely communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Train new staff members on reservation procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets, develop strategies to increase bookings, and promote our properties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient operation of our systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (desirable).
  • Proven experience in reservations and sales, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems, office software, and other relevant tools.
