Job Summary :
Lead the development, alignment and execution of sales strategy / initiatives for F&B Solutions customers. Manage customer account responsibilities and coordinate internal stakeholders to grow F&B Solutions sales in market.
Roles and Responsibilties:
Years of Experience : 5-8 years in B2B Technical sales background in Experience food flavorings, Seasonings, Spices, Natural colors.
Key responsibility - Seasonings, Spice blends and Culinary.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers in the designated region to build business.
- Achieve the yearly budget by focussing on assigned territory.
- Build Strong pipeline in designated area for new business development.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering the right solutions as per the customer requirements.
- Develop value-generative, long-term relationships with customers that result in increased sales and margins.
- Ensure payment collections as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of ofi products.
- People management of direct reports (if required)
