Management Information System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:


1. Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to accurately predict call volumes, staffing requirements, and other key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on vendor management and billing processes.

2. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.

3. Manage end-to-end billing processes for vendor services, including invoice validation, reconciliation, and dispute resolution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

4. Utilize advanced Excel functions, Python scripting, VBA macros, and Power BI to analyze call center data, vendor performance, and billing information, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.

5. Develop and maintain automated solutions for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

6. Lead the production of multiple management information system (MIS) reports, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness for informed decision-making.

7. Design and share visually compelling dashboards using Power BI to effectively communicate key performance metrics and insights to senior management.

8. Act as a liaison between the call center and vendors, fostering strong communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on strategic goals and objectives.

9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor performance, timely & accurate reporting, billing accuracy, automation and cost optimization, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce management, management information systems, and vendor management, driving continuous learning and improvement initiatives within the team.


Qualification:


1. Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 1 year of selling experience.

2. Should have good communication & presentation skills.

3. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.

4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

5. May have good existing client relationships in the market.

6. Should have effective servicing skills and should be excellent in conflict management.
