Job Title: Founder’s Office – Accounts & Finance (Full-Time Contractual Role) Company: SuperKreatives (Canada-based Digital Marketing Agency) Location: Remote (India) Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Canadian Shift) Contract Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time Contract) Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month About SuperKreatives SuperKreatives is a dynamic Canada-based digital marketing and creative agency working extensively with clients across the US and Canada. We specialize in providing high-quality creative solutions, performance marketing, and business support services. We are now looking for a highly smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our Founder’s Office in an accounts-focused role. Role Overview This role sits directly under the CEO and Sales Head , functioning as a strategic support role within the Founder’s Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial reporting, invoicing, and department-wise P&L tracking, while coordinating with internal team leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Key Responsibilities 1. P&L Management Maintain department-wise P&L , project-level P&L , and company-wide P&L . Consolidate financial data from different departments to generate accurate monthly reports. Identify financial trends, variances, and areas requiring attention. 2. Invoicing & Billing Generate accurate invoices for clients based in Canada and the US . Ensure timely processing and delivery of invoices. Coordinate with Sales Head, Client Managers & Team Leads for invoice-related clarifications or documentation. 3. Financial Reporting & Operations Maintain all financial records, summaries, and statements in an organized manner. Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the CEO and Sales Head. Assist in budgeting, revenue tracking, and forecasting activities. Work closely with internal teams to gather cost details and align financial entries. 4. Operational Coordination Communicate with team leaders to collect financial inputs, invoice requirements, cost details, and operational data. Ensure all financial updates are aligned with the company’s operational goals. Handle basic reconciliations and ensure no discrepancies in financial documentation. Who We Are Looking For Must-Haves Strong grasp of accounts , basic finance , and P&L management . Ability to learn quickly and take ownership. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Strong command over Google Sheets/Excel and basic accounting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable working in the night shift (Canadian hours) . Good to Have Experience working with US/Canada clients. Understanding of agency operations, billing structures, or SAAS/creative agency financials.
