The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sites for renewable energy projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting land use planning, performing market research, managing acquisitions, and analyzing financial implications of land deals. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Land Use Planning and Market ResearchStrong Analytical Skills and understanding of AcquisitionsKnowledge of Finance related to land dealsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsRelevant experience in land acquisition renewable energy project or real estateBachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related fieldAbility to work collaboratively and meet deadlinesExperience in renewable energy sector is must
