About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, designing customer journeys, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate must possess a strong background in banking or fintech with expertise in lending products. This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with various departments to capture clear requirements and drive product enhancements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping stakeholders updated and conducting market research to identify new opportunities for product improvement.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmaps for digital sourcing of Personal Loan, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Design Customer Journey: Design seamless and intuitive customer journeys that enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Expertise in Lending: Utilize in-depth knowledge of lending products to drive product innovation and development. Have understanding of lending process and internal and external integrations required for delivering the journeys
4. Working knowledge of new trends like Account Aggregator, Co-origination
Experience in Banking or Fintech: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or fintech, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about product updates, milestones, and changes throughout the product lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements and prioritize product features.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, particularly those set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and ensure that products comply with all applicable regulations.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancements, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Qualifications: .
Minimum of 5 years of experience post MBA in product management within the banking or fintech industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps and delivering high-impact lending products.
Strong understanding of lending products and financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, particularly in the banking and financial services sector.
Experience conducting market research and identifying market opportunities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
