I:KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:A NRI WealthRelationship Manager would primarily deal with individual NRI;HNIcustomers and advise them on variousfinancial products and services offered bytheorganization. The job involves travellingabroad for client meetings and eventparticipation.
#Business Sourcing and revenue Generation:1.To Source new business by acquiring new NRI clients and/or fromcross sellingof products to the existing NRIand HNI clients2. Acquire retain and deepenNRI Clients portfolio to maximize salesperformanceto achieve revenue targetsthrough wealth management products realestateproducts asset related products(secured unsecured) and any otherproductsbeing offered by theorganization...3. Grow NRI AUM and Salesrevenue on a month on month basis.4. SupportManagers in developing and implementing action plans toachievebusinessobjectives.5. Increase product per customeron a regular basis within current NRIcustomerbase.
6.Organize and participate in all promotion activities organized attheorganization.#Operational Governance.1. Ensure allprocesses are followed to ensure that there are no operatinglosses/Frauds.2.Accurate and timely processing of customerinstructions3. Ensure adherence to KYCNorms.4. Maintain standards to comply withCompanyAudit.
#Customer Experience Management 1. Ensureeffective relationship management by monitoring the movement of theNRIcustomers and implement a customerretention program. 2. Minimize rejectionsand customer complaints to create a wowexperience.3. Hold periodic customer meetsand branch promotions to generate morebusiness.4. Customer query handling /complaint resolution.5. Specific initiativestaken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks andcustomercomplaint6.Customer visits as per laid down callfrequency.

III:COMPETENCIES SKILLS REQUIREDA RelationshipManager is required to interact with customers for most part ofhis/her dayand so good communication andpresentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. Thejobalso requires thorough financial andsector knowledge in order to provide sound andreliableadvice to clients. The major skillsand competencies required are:1. Excellentcommunication Skills2. Understanding andinterest in financial products and markets3.Ability to analyze information.4. Ability toexplain complex information clearly andsimply.5. Good sales negotiation influencingskills.6. Excellent Customer RelationshipManagementskills.
