RE S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
- Maintainingphysical and digital personnel records like employment contractsemployee verification details & other documents relating toemployees.
- Updateinternal databases with new hire information leavers sick &mandatory leave no of days and hours worked etc.
- Create review renewand distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll datalike bank accounts and working days
- Publish and removejob ads
- Schedule jobinterviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports andpresentations on HRrelated metrics like total number of hires bydepartment
- Develop& deliver training and onboarding material
- Be the first point ofcontact for employee on any HR related queries. Also respond toemployees questions about benefits (for example number of vacationdays they re eligible for)
- Communicate withexternal partners & potential hires
- Helping with variousarrangements internally from travel to processing expenses
- Coordinate officeactivities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance tocompany policies
- Manage agendas/travelarrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
- Manage phone callsand correspondence (email letters packages etc.)
- Support MIS reportingbudgeting bookkeeping procedures
- Track stocks ofoffice supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reportsand prepare presentations/proposals as assigned senior management
- Assist colleagueswhenever necessary
SK I L L S & Q U A L I F I C A T I O NS
- Workexperience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Familiarity withHuman Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge oflabor legislation
- Superlative expertisein spreadsheets and power point
- Superlativeorganizational skills
- Superlative verbaland written communication skills
- Qualification orcertification in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Qualifications insecretarial studies will be an advantage
