THE ROLE – HR & Admin Executive

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 5-8 years

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Will be the HR SPOC for Pune location
  • Managing the background verification process end to end
  • Co-ordination for Onboarding schedules
  • Handling end to end Vendor Management (Contract agreements, invoices, etc)
  • Co-ordination for external & internal training programs
  • Taking care of complete admin operations for Pune office.
  • Assisting talent Acquisition team in hiring activities
  • Solving queries & coordinating with the travel desk.
  • Handling Petty cash management
  • Company device management and Asset management tracking and Purchase management.
  • Coordinate company events such a Farewell function, Birthday celebrations, Festival celebrations, Team Building activities, R&R, Work Anniversaries, etc.
  • Managing trackers and overall data management for Talent Management team.
  • Organize health and well-being programs to ensure employees well-being.
  • Plan and conduct team engagement activities for Pune office employees.
  • Plan and conduct for team outings/team lunch, dinner etc

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High presentation, reporting and team player skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.
  • Relevant experience of at least 5-8 years
  • Demonstrated intense customer focus.
  • Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
  • Strong team player acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
