Risk Manager-SME

- Portfolio analysis and delinquency control, identification of weak geographies and branches, risk filtration of loan files, checking property papers, legal & technical report, deviation analysis, OTC monitoring, fraud identification and investigation, building risk triggers, transaction monitoring, identification of process gaps, etc.
- Assist in the development of a new lending platform and assist in the establishing and updating all lending policies & guidelines.
- Monitor performance of the loan portfolio and report to the Management Team on a periodic basis.
- Predicting tracking and raising triggers by following sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- This position will ensure an effective risk management program is in place within the company, by establishing the framework for risk management activities and driving consistent standards across the organization.
- This position will identify credit risk; assess enterprise effectiveness in managing these risks through appropriate internal controls; and build awareness of the business implications of overall SME risk (including credit risk, fraud risk & operational risk), and how to manage risk, as part of the leadership culture.
- In addition, this role will ensure effective credit risk management and corporate governance practices are established and maintained.
