Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Screening resumes and applications
  • Conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual)
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline

  • Maintaining candidate records and data

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in specific industries or with particular types of roles (e.g, sales recruitment)

  • Languages spoken (English, Hindi, Marathi)

  • Salary and Benefits: The compensation package offered (salary range, incentive, benefits, etc.)

  • Job Location: Goregoan East
