Position Summary: As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns for evACAD. In this role, you will be driving the key efforts across market research, paid marketing campaigns, and social media calendar. This position will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a product marketing plan that brings the company's vision and business strategy into reality.
  • Develop promotional tools and strategies for new program launches.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid marketing over Google/Meta, email, and other social media.
  • Work closely with the Content Manager, UX Designer and the technical team to ensure top quality content for campaigns, landing pages and marketing collaterals.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for key campaign metrics and undertake timely adjustments to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Experiment and implement new growth strategies across various channels.

Role Specifications & Required Skills:

  • Education: Degree in Commerce or Marketing. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a marketing or similar role.
  • Skills:
  1. Customer obsession.
  2. Strong creative, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to communicate the business & campaign objectives across the team and to external stakeholders clearly.
  4. Deliver and promote high-quality of work consistently.
  5. Excellent prioritization, team alignment, and project management skills.
