Team Lead, Lead Generation for NBFC Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Team Lead, Lead Generation for NBFC Sales . The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing an analytical-based call center to onboard customers for the NBFC sector, specifically for MSME businesses with medium ticket sizes.
- Hiring freshers and establishing KPIs for sales callers, including metrics such as the number of calls, efficient meetings conducted, and deals closed each month.
- Tracking progress and helping navigate success within the call center, improving metrics and caller satisfaction.
- Fostering a positive atmosphere in the team by incentivizing members through various methods.
- Delivering the right communication messages to callers and performing AB test analysis to understand how different messages influence conversion rates.
- Creating effective presentations (e.g., PPT , PDF , Word ) to facilitate learning for callers and presentation materials for end customers (borrowers).
- Understanding the NBFC business model , especially when driven by FinTech , and clearly explaining the onboarding process and required documentation.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Higher education from a Tier 2 or higher university in India.
- A strong growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for effective communication with senior management.
