Role & responsibilities

As a Business Development Intern, you will be actively involved in driving growth within the solar financing ecosystem. Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting market research to identify solar energy adoption opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  2. Supporting the sales team in client acquisition for solar financing products.
  3. Assisting in lead generation and outreach to solar developers, EPC companies, and end customers.
  4. Preparing and presenting proposals for solar loans/financing solutions.
  5. Coordinating with credit, risk, and operations teams for client onboarding.
  6. Tracking competitor offerings, government policies, and industry trends in renewable energy financing.
  7. Maintaining CRM databases and preparing performance reports.
  8. Contributing ideas for innovative financing models to accelerate green energy adoption.

Skills & Qualifications


• Pursuing a Bachelors/Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field.


• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling knowledge is a plus).
