Human Resources Executive

Location: Gandhinagar (on-site).
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage hiring from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Work with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Organize smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Engagement:
Create initiatives to boost employee morale and motivation.
Plan training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
Be the go-to person for resolving employee issues.
Payroll & Compliance:
Oversee payroll processing with the accounts team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and performance.
Performance Management:
Help implement performance reviews and appraisal systems.
Offer feedback and support employee development plans.
Policies & Documentation:
Update and apply HR policies as per hotel and legal requirements.
Keep accurate records of employee contracts and documents.
Workforce Planning:
Assist in workforce planning during busy seasons or events.
Monitor staff performance and ensure the team is fully staffed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in hospitality.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Familiarity with HR tools and software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
