Role & responsibilities

Planning and assigning the tasks to supervisors and assist them in completion of the assigned work and evaluate the work of the technical staff at site
• Having weekly once project review meetings for the quality and progress of the project
• Coordinating with contractors for completion of works as per the planned schedule
• Able to handle the technology related finding the quality issues of flats and giving NCs to the contractors for rectifying quality concerns
• Maintaining the checklists for each activity of works and handing over of flats to the customers with quality
• Prepare technical and engineering reports on the progress of work.
• Prepare all material list required, reinforcements and structural specifications for a wide variety of earthwork project structures.
• Ensure and Reviews if the structural designs and architectural plans issued are followed
• Execute the architectural and engineering drawings without any error.
• All Structural works such as checking of podium slab reinforcement, Shear wall reinforcement, slab reinforcement checking.
