Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and optimizing systems, procedures, policies, and frameworks, with a proven track record of 8-12 years in operations management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the Operations team, ensuring efficient and effective management of daily operations.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational systems, procedures, policies, and frameworks to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve operational goals.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the EV charging industry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in system, procedure, policy, and framework development.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience in the EV or automotive industry is a plus.
