Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role's primary responsibility is to manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts that have been strategically developed by our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth within their assigned accounts. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key client accounts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.

Client Relationship Development:

- Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to meet client needs.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.

Strategic Account Planning:

- Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies for growth and retention.- Set clear objectives and targets for each account, aligning with company goals and priorities.- Monitor progress against account plans and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive sales growth within assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and increasing product/service adoption.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.- Forecast sales projections and track performance against targets.

Customer Advocacy:

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.- Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- Proven track record of success in key account management or sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
