Position: Client Service Manager

Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid)

Now we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager .


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a NPS (Net Promoter Score) for client’s satisfaction & loyalty;
  • Be a product expert and show the value of it to the publishers or others stakeholders on regular basis;
  • Meeting with existing clients in person or on calls;
  • Serve clientele of entire KIT Global which includes (SEO, SMM, Affiliate, Mobile & more);
  • Attend various trade shows and events;
  • Cooperate with the team regarding the tasks;
  • Prepare presentations/ strategies for publishers to optimize their traffic for the company’s advertisers;
  • Aggregate and understand client’s feedback and deliver their campaign as per the feedback;
  • Provide suggestions and ideas regarding company’s processes and services;
  • Present dashboards and KPIs periodically to Kit Global clients;
  • Help define department processes in the local offices.


What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in client service management;
  • Solid expertise in mobile platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava);
  • Sound technical knowledge of 360 degrees digital marketing technologies trending today;
  • Well networked with advertisers, agencies, brands and other digital marketing ecosystem in India;
  • Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales.
  • Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision;
  • Exceptional communications skills both oral & written;
  • Great team player with a desire to work in a high growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
