Job Summary:

The Client Servicing Manager at our event agency will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and overseeing the successful delivery of event services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and project management skills, a deep understanding of client needs in the event industry, and a strong ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding event experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their goals and expectations.


Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they meet client expectations and agency standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Work on presentations and creative materials to support client proposals and event concepts.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet client specifications and brand guidelines.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure technical and logistical aspects of events are flawlessly executed.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ensure client visions are brought to life.
  • Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure all financial aspects are managed, including budgeting and invoicing.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to align on client needs and new business opportunities.


Client Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or feedback.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch new ideas to potential clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.


Team Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.


Venue and Accommodation Management:

  • Manage venue selection, contract negotiations, and booking processes for event locations.
  • Ensure all logistics related to accommodation, including hotel bookings and travel arrangements, are handled efficiently.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms to benefit clients and the agency.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activities, project statuses, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze client feedback and event performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in the event industry.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of booking venues, hotels, and managing travel logistics.
  • Proficiency in presentation software and creative tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite).
