Job Summary

Fabcott Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Accountant for its factory accounts team. The role focuses on invoice verification, offline data management, and basic compliance support — not advanced Tally work. Ideal for someone with practical knowledge of accounting and statutory basics.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify purchase and expense invoices with supporting documents.
• Maintain offline registers, records, and data sheets for accounts.
• Assist in payroll records and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC).
• Prepare and organize documents for GST, TDS, and other returns.
• Coordinate with the store and accounts team for inventory and cost-related data.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for compliance audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
• 2–3 years' accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/garments.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Tally knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with good record-keeping and verification skills.
