**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Handling customer follow-ups and coordination
- Preparing and maintaining bills and invoices
- Employee management and attendance tracking
- Managing Provident Fund (PF) and basic compliance procedures
- Coordinating with vendors and handling payment processes
- Assisting in audit preparations and financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

**Skills Required**:

- Basic computing (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of accounting software (ERP preferred)
- Understanding of PF and statutory compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum 9 months of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
