Job title - Senior MT HR

Reports to - HR Head '


Duties and Responsibility

1. Recruit for mid-level management profiles such as manager, senior-manager and regional manager at a fast pace.

2. Manage end to end recruitment process independently.

3. Act as a single source of communication for all applicants

4. Stakeholder management – collecting hiring requirements from senior management, creating job descriptions, setting up recruitment workflow, completing post hiring documentation.

5. Assist in new employee on boarding.


Qualification:

1. An HR graduate with an exposure of 0-1 year & keen interest in recruitment with a knack for understanding people.

2. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.

3. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.



Required Skills

1. Hands on with IIM Jobs and Recruit

2. Good communication skills

3. Knack for understanding people
