Location: Ahmedabad

Remuneration : 2.4 LPA to 3.0 LPA


Role Description


HR and Operations Trainee shall be responsible for assisting the Head of Operations/ Operations Manager in the following tasks


  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Interview process, HR documentation and closure of candidates
  • Employee Engagement
  • International Client communication (Email, Calls and Team/zoom meetings)
  • HR-Marketing Activities (Linked in, other social media platforms)
  • Assist Operations Manager and Project Manager to develop a time line for project dispatch
  • Respond to New inquiries, Hot and cold leads through emails and calls after discussion with Operations Head or Manager
  • Calling new clients, fix appointments with new clients through Zoom or Team Meeting with the Project Lead or Sales Manager
  • Convert leads, inquiries and business prospects into potential clients
  • ·Develop new marketing presentations, service specific presentations, collaterals etc. to present our services to the new inquiry/old client
  • Prepare Case studies of completed projects
  • Maintain list of references, documents and samples that can be shared with business prospects for further



Qualifications

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Freshers should only apply
  • Penchant to interact with people and clients
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
