Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Patient Excellence

Lead high-complexity and flagship therapy cases across all AquaCentric centers in Mumbai. (Currently in Andheri and Worli)

Work with the Frontdesk team to ensure good business outcomes without compromising Service quality

Set benchmark treatment protocols in aqua and land therapy interventions.

Ensure evidence-based practices and outcome-focused therapy plans.

Training, Development & Mentorship

Act as a clinical mentor and provide supervision to junior and mid-level physiotherapists. Support staff development through Conducting regular internal CMEs, training and hands-on workshops.

Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for the medical staff..

Innovation & Special Projects

Introduce and pilot new therapy techniques, technologies, or tools.

Lead development of clinical SOPs, audit mechanisms, and treatment documentation standards.

Strategic Advisory Role

Collaborate directly with the Business Head to identify service gaps, patient trends, and innovation opportunities.

Assist in establishing AquaCentric as a centre of excellence in rehabilitation and therapy.

Brand & Thought Leadership

Represent AquaCentric in external CMEs, conferences, and B2B partnerships.

Lead content creation (blogs/videos) for clinical education and public awareness.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Represent the physiotherapy department in strategic meetings.
