About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry and Financial Account Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including data entry, financial accounting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurate and timely input of financial data into accounting software (Xero and Zoho)
- Maintenance of organized and up-to-date financial records
- Processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims
Financial Accounting: Preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Handling of payroll and expense claims
Administrative Tasks: Assisting with general administrative duties as required
- Liaising with clients and vendors
- Adherence to financial policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore and India accounting standards and practices
- Experience with Xero and Zoho accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
