Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Public Relations (PR) Manager to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and media relations, with a proven ability to enhance brand reputation, manage communication strategies, and establish strong media relationships. You will play a key role in building Protein World’s visibility and credibility across India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic PR plan to enhance Protein World’s brand image and reputation.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, bloggers, and media outlets.
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Coordinate and manage media coverage, interviews, and press events.
Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
Handle crisis communication, ensuring the brand is protected and positioned positively.
Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure timely responses to newsworthy opportunities.
Manage Protein World’s participation in trade shows, events, and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications.
Proven experience in securing media coverage and managing press relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
Strong knowledge of media outlets, journalists, and influencers, especially in the health, wellness, and lifestyle industries.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in monitoring PR performance metrics.
A creative and proactive approach to PR strategy.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with health, wellness, or fitness brands.
Knowledge of digital PR, SEO, and social media integration.
Proficiency in event planning and execution.
