Key Responsibilities:

Handling general queries and resolving the issues related to the process Managing ETA for goods related PO’s Support Requestors & End users as the First Point of Contact for resolution of all Process Queries & Issues Ensure all queries are answered within agreed SLA with adherence to all Quality Parameters Adopt changes quickly and move on with delivery with minimum time Focus on one-time resolutions ETA, RFQ, E-mail handling, MS office experience Oracle experience would be an added advantage Adhere to Sourcing guidelines & various sub-processes as laid down for processing Purchase Review requisition requirements and work efficiently with requester's, supplier to fulfill the requisition and issue Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability Communicate with Internal and External stakeholders Handling Projects based on Management requirement

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or above degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Commerce with a minimum of 2 years of related experience Good Knowledge of MS Office Prior experience of using Oracle & Coupa is an added advantage

Desired Skills:

Should have worked in a global environment Strong academic background Good communication skills – both written & spoken Knowledge on working on SOW & Agreements would be added advantage Basic understanding of P2P process and systems Good Analytical skills for reporting and analyzing Procurement Data Requirements End to End knowledge of Procurement process Attention to details, accuracy, act with urgency & good code of conduct Timely communication to Supervisors/Managers on technical glitches, escalations & conflicts if any Flexible in work timing & shifts Target oriented & team player Experience and Knowledge on other Procure to Pay functions – Supplier Master and AP would be an added advantage
