Click to know more about us: is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience in construction or real estate to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.- Negotiation:- Work closely with potential clients to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.- Sales Targets:- Develop effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed company sales quotas.- Market Research:- Stay informed about industry trends, including product prices and demand, to identify opportunities for growth.- Presentations:- Engage with potential customers to deliver compelling presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our products and services.- Collaboration:- Meet regularly with clients, existing customers, and internal team members to discuss sales strategies and align on sales targets.- Documentation:- Ensure timely completion of essential documents such as customer proposals, construction bids, change orders, and weekly call reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
