Designation: Lead Frontend Developer (Mobile/Web App)


Location: Indore /Bengaluru, India


Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a technical Lead position (Tech Lead, Team Led, Manager, etc.)

• 7+ years experience in mobile app and/or web development

• Sound knowledge of Mobile Applications, Rest APIs, HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, React

• Experience with the full software development lifecycle from requirement definition to development to maintenance

• Experience in managing front end development team spread across multiple locations

• Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders like Product Managers and QA

• Motivating and ensuring well-being of engineers to maximize results

• Be accountable for task quality through review and process

• Experience of working with Japanese stakeholders

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Conversational Bilingual English Japanese language skill is preferred.

• Nice to have experience of managing backend development team
