Job Title: Senior React JS Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in developing complex UI applications using React and related frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React.js and related technologies
- Work closely with senior developers and architects to implement frontend solutions that integrate with microservices architecture
- Contribute to all frontend development lifecycle phases, from concept to deployment
- Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote frontend best practices
- Resolve technical issues related to frontend development and guide team members
- Participate actively in Scrum and other Agile processes
- Demonstrate strong discipline in commit practices and unit testing for frontend code
- Work effectively on both new frontend development projects and maintenance of legacy React code
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and microservices
- Architect and scale React solutions independently
- Identify and fix vulnerabilities in React applications and dependent libraries
- Work as an individual contributor when required
Technical Expertise:
1. Frontend Development:
- Advanced proficiency in React.js (8+ years), including React Hooks and Redux
- Expert knowledge of Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Deep understanding of state management solutions, with a focus on Redux
- Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
2. React Ecosystem:
- Extensive experience with React Router for complex application routing
- Proficiency in implementing and optimizing React Hooks
- Ability to architect and scale React solutions independently
3. Performance and Optimization:
- Strong experience in React performance optimization techniques
- Proficiency in optimizing frontend performance and load times
4. Security:
- Experience in identifying and fixing vulnerabilities in React applications and dependent libraries
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 issues and how to address them in React applications
- Understanding of frontend security best practices
5. Build Tools and Version Control:
- Strong experience with Webpack and other modern build tools
- Advanced Git skills and experience with collaborative development workflows
6. API Integration and Backend Knowledge:
- Experience in integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and server-side concepts as they relate to frontend development
7. Architecture and Best Practices:
- Deep understanding of React architecture patterns and best practices
- Ability to design and implement scalable frontend architectures
8. Development Practices:
- Strong commitment to writing unit tests and maintaining code quality
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
