We are currently working on various projects ranging from cutting-edge Generative AI to Computer Vision applications, and the first product we are planning to launch by the end of this year is a RAG platform tailored to the Korean market.


Position Overview:

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the user interface and experience for our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) application. This role requires a blend of expertise in web development technologies, user experience design, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility to ensure an engaging, efficient, and accessible user interface.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Interface Design and Development : Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that support the needs of the RAG application, such as enterprise search. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Frontend Development : Develop responsive and efficient front-end systems using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Performance Optimization : Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Employ techniques like lazy loading, asynchronous programming, and efficient state management to enhance performance.
  • Accessibility and Usability : Ensure that all frontend components meet accessibility standards and provide an excellent user experience. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements.
  • Integration with Backend Services : Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services seamlessly into the front end. Handle JSON data and synchronize the frontend with server-side logic.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) : Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend code, including automated testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha to ensure code reliability.
  • Documentation : Document all frontend processes, codebases, and user guides. Maintain detailed records of UI components and version histories.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of web design projects.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and tools (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend web development.
  • Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jest).
  • Advanced skills in CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
