Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to assist with customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and generate leads. The Caller will also document customer interactions, follow up on customer requests, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills resulting in lead generation
  • Proficiency in making and receiving calls
  • Customer service skills and experience in handling customer inquiries
  • Ability to document customer interactions and follow up on requests
  • Skills to escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
