Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage new customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products/services (loans, insurance, investments, etc. depending on industry).
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage client onboarding, documentation, and post-sales support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS/reports for management.
Adhere to compliance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage portfolios and build trust-based relationships.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Graduate/MBA preferred (specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Finance).
- Fluency in English and local languages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25, ₹75,000.00 per month
