Job Description :

Job Summary:

Weare seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skillsa friendly and persuasive demeanor and a passion for helpingclients find their dream property. As a Telecaller you will beresponsible for making outbound calls to potential clientsanswering inquiries and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:

  • Make outbound calls toprospective clients to introduce our real estate services andproperties.

  • Follow up on leads generated through variousmarketing campaigns and events.

  • Client Interaction:

  • Handleincoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.

  • Providedetailed information about available properties pricing andfeatures.

  • Address client questions and concerns in a professionaland timely manner.

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify andqualify potential clients who are interested in buying selling orrenting properties.

  • Schedule appointments for property viewings andconsultations with the sales team.

  • Database Management:

  • Maintain an updated and organized client database.

  • Record all client interactions inquiries and followupsaccurately in the CRM system.

  • Market Research:

  • Stay updatedon the latest market trends property values and competitoractivities.

  • Provide clients with relevant market insightsand information.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with thesales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for leadgeneration.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute tothe development of sales plans and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent(required).

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or arelated field (preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience in RealEstate/Builders/Channel Partners/Brokers Company is compulsory. Weneed experienced candidates only.

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customerservice or sales role (preferred).

  • Experience in the realestate industry is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbalcommunication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasive andnegotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.

  • Goodorganizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handlerejection and remain motivated.

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Positiveattitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.

  • Resilience and abilityto handle stressful situations.

Languages:

  • English Hindi Kannada if candidate knows all 3 it is mostpreferable.
