Roles and Responsibilities

Taking care of Inbound queries via the website, Social-Media, Telephone calls, emails, etc.
Hunting for new sales via Email Campaigns, Listing on various aggregating websites
Entering all the data on Sales Force and notifying the right Revenue person to take it forward
Initiating, Prospecting, and Closing Deals for Non-Desk Revenue like Virtual Offices, Meeting Rooms, Day Passes, etc on the telecall itself
Liaise with Marketing on New Initiatives and Lead Generation
Reports preparation and tracker management

Required Skillset

Good Communication skills
Capabilities to handle (50 60 inbound calls per day)
Proficiency in MS Excel
