Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager/ Executiveto lead our franchise acquisition and onboarding efforts. The candidate will be responsible for franchise growth, onboarding new franchisees, and supporting their journey into the City Mart ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive franchise sales.
- Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company to convert them into franchise partners.
- Present the City Mart FOCO/FOFO franchise models and benefits to potential investors through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Close franchise agreements and ensure documentation is completed in coordination with legal and operations teams.
- Ensure monthly acquisition targets are met (e.g.,5+ new franchise sign-ups per month).
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partners documentation, setup guidance, initial store launch planning.
- Guide and handhold franchisees through the initial phase to ensure alignment with company standards.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback for strategic planning.
- Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting on performance to senior leadership.
- Travel (as required) to meet prospects, attend expos, and represent City Mart at franchise events.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Act as the single point of contact for franchise sales queries and post-sales support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field(MBA preferred).
- 3- 12 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail sales.
- Proven track record of converting leads and closing franchise deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN India for meetings and franchise onboarding.
- Self-driven and target-focused individual with the ability to thrive in a performance-based role
