Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue by promoting hardware, paints, CP fittings, and sanitary fittings.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on product selection and installation to customers.
  • Oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and attractive merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor stock requirements, analyze sales trends, and share insights for growth.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalations effectively.

What We' re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales/store management (hardware, paints, sanitary fittings preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Good product knowledge of CP & sanitary fittings.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improving strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
