Our services include road trips, trekking expeditions, corporate trips, and customized tour packages. On our trips, we ensure hassle-free traveling, top-notch accommodation and guided sightseeing that too on a budget.

Position: International Travel Operations

We are looking for an Operations Executives to join our company to help us create and organize trips for our clients. You will be required to interact with our clients and vendors, and DMC. Your contribution will impact our company as well as the satisfaction of our customer.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Extensive travel knowledge.- Manage and maintain travel supplier relationships.- Manage internal travel program communications.- Handle end to end responsibility of Tour operations.- Coordinate between Sales team, property and Vendors.- Negotiate better margins with DMCs.- Help resolve any problems with travel or accommodations and manage escalations coming from the client's end.- Research to find travel deals and evaluate services to find the best quality for the price and enhance the existing SOPs.- Verify itineraries, coordinate payments, document issues.- Knowledge of the local market and the industry and will to succeed in a goal-oriented role.- Maintain positive NPS ratings.5

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in travel and tourism.- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.- Knowledge of Domestic and International destinations.- Excellent communication, people skills and attention to detail.- Excellent negotiation and liaison skills.- Display excellent decision-making skills.- Natural rapport-building skills with critical thinking.- Strong customer service ethic.- Self starter with great problem solving skills.
