Headquartered in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Madre Janus delivers comprehensive cybersecurity services and managed solutions across critical sectors.We are expanding our presence in Bengaluru and seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to strengthen our customer engagement, technical advisory, and solution delivery capabilities.Position SummaryThe Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and advising on end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves deep engagement with customers to assess security architectures, identify risks, and develop tailored solutions aligned with Fortinet’s ecosystem and industry best practices.This position requires both strong technical acumen and consultative communication skills to bridge technology with business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Consulting & Design:Assess customer security requirements and design integrated cybersecurity solutions leveraging Fortinet technologies (e.g., FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM, FortiEDR, FortiNAC, FortiWeb).Implementation & Advisory:Lead or support implementation of security solutions, ensuring optimal configuration, integration, and performance.Technical Assessment & Architecture:Conduct risk assessments, network audits, and architecture reviews to strengthen clients’ security posture.Customer Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to clients by translating technical requirements into practical business outcomes.Knowledge Enablement:Collaborate with internal teams to deliver workshops, solution briefings, and technical enablement sessions for partners and clients.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Presales, and SOC teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to delivery.Compliance & Standards Alignment:Ensure solutions adhere to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant cybersecurity standards.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity solution design, consulting, or implementation.Fortinet certifications (NSE 4–7) required; NSE 7 preferred .Deep technical expertise in network security, endpoint protection, SOC operations, and cloud security.Proficiency with technologies such as SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SASE, and EDR/XDR platforms.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business value.Demonstrated experience working with enterprise or government clients.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a rapidly growing MSSP partner of Fortinet .Exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and projects.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Continuous learning through Fortinet’s Global Partner Program and certification roadmap.Collaborative work environment fostering innovation and professional excellence.
