Role: Consulting PartnerExperience Range: 15 years plusJoining Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, ChennaiJob DescriptionDesired Skill Set: Recognized and established Cybersecurity Leader, an all-rounder with extensive business outcome delivery experience (CISO, CISO -1, Management Consultant)Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with confidence across all levels including CXO and BoardHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to prioritize simultaneous activities and meet agreed deadlinesAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder groupsRequired to set and manage expectations with Clients and internal teamsExperience of operating at, reporting to and setting and managing expectations with CXO’s (Senior Management Teams)Experience of leading teams and successful client/customer engagementsAbility to apply a business centric lens to your thinking and approachProven success leading and closing complex, multi-tower deals and enterprise programsRole & Responsibilities:Increase Advisory & Consulting footprint and maturity across new and existing customers, positioning TCS as a trusted and recognized provider for premium cybersecurity Advisory & Consulting services.Lead and perform tailored engagements for clients/customers demonstrating a strategic and thought leadership approachDemonstrate a sound understanding of the client/customer and industry specific risks, regional legal and regulatory obligations across each engagementDemonstrate Executive presence and Leadership across key clients/customers and with key TCS stakeholdersCertifications:Knowledge of local enterprise and regulatory standards and frameworks (i.E. DPDPA, DORA, NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO, CMMC, FEDRAMP, NYDFS, GLBA, HITRUST)Industry and academic credentials (e.G. CISM, CISSP, CEH, CISA or relevant)
