Job title: Associate Recruiter/ Recruiter (based on years of experience) - BFSI/Finance + Tech

Service Line & Business: RPO

Experience: 3 to 8 yrs of relevant experience hiring for Non-IT - Finance (BFSI) roles

Location: Pune - Shivajinagar

Work modality: Hybrid

In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire an exceptional & experienced 'Associate Recruiters/ Recruiters' with a strong foot holding into majorly hiring for Non-IT roles into Finance, to support & deliver our client's talent needs. This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to drive yourself to deliver great results for the client right at the start of a new solution.

Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities -

The successful Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:

- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity- Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output- Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers- Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline- Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools- Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business- Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets- Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks- Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting

Qualifications & Requirements -

The Recruiter will have the following skills:

- Experience within the Recruitment in a Search / RPO / Agency/ In house set up.- Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices- IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)- Experience interpreting data and reporting metrics- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Team player- Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment- Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills- Fluency in English as a primary language for communication
