The successful Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversityInvolved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful outputMaintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersDiscuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managersUtilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipelineActively source candidates and build candidate talent poolsBe a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the businessSupport and deliver on the overall service delivery targetsProvide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarksMaintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

The Recruiter will have the following skills:Experience within the Recruitment in a Search / RPO / Agency/ In house set up.Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practicesIT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)Experience interpreting data and reporting metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam playerAbility to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environmentExcellent stakeholder management and networking skillsFluency in English as a primary language for communication
